As per the rules and regulations, the agent will not disclose any confidential information of a customer to any other person. He will provide all necessary assistance to the customer by taking care of all the paper work. In case if the customer has any complaint or is not satisfied with the services he can approach the broker in a confidential manner and get his valid complaint registered. If after doing so the customer is dissatisfied then he can withdraw from the contract in a legal manner.
After getting the due customer’s approval, the agent will then start working and providing all the essential facilities. He starts by getting the utility bill of the customer along with all the related expenses which are required for the work to be done. From here the agent will then carry out his tasks according to the terms of the contract. If the customer is not satisfied with the services he has obtained then he can withdraw from the contract with the help of simple letter written by the customer.
The Broker shall provide all the necessary facilities and services to the customer at no extra cost. The services he provides shall be of equal quality to those of any other third party. However, when a customer signs a contract with the said Utility Broker he does not need to provide any guarantee or co-operation to any other third party. In other words, if the customer is not satisfied with the services provided then he can withdraw from the contract without any penalty or fine. The customer shall have the complete knowledge about what things to do if any unexpected incidents take place.
If a customer is satisfied with the services provided by the said Utility Broker then he may hire him for the long term contract. In case if the customer does not get satisfactory results from the said Utility Broker then he can cancel the contract at any time before its tenure lapses. The customer may cancel the contract by giving a valid reason for it. The due date of the contract shall be intimated to the customer prior to its execution.
If the customer fails to pay the bills on time then he may be asked to pay the penalties by legal ways. If a customer fails to pay his bills directly to the Utility Broker then he shall be liable for the payment by way of instalments. According to the terms of the contract customers are liable to pay the first instalment upon reaching a specified level. The amount of every instalment shall be decided after taking into consideration the utility bills of the customer and the size of his business. If the customer fails to pay the bill in full then the Broker shall be liable to take legal actions against the customer.
